Return Policy

At Cendoya Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have 7 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return for any party wear item. The casual collection has 10 days for any exchange and return.

Product Condition

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to inform us of your intention to return the product.
2. We will provide you with instructions on how to make the return.
3. Ship the product following our instructions.
4. Once the product is received and its condition verified.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors. The costs will be deducted from the total refund.

Refund

The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Excluded Items

For hygiene reasons, returns of products on sale or with special discounts are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects.
